Refund policy
7 days, no questions asked
If your ClauseLine analysis isn’t useful, email billing@clauseline.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops, no “why are you leaving” questionnaires.
The details
- 7-day window. Counted from the timestamp on your Stripe receipt.
- No questions. You don’t need a reason. “I changed my mind” is fine.
- Full refund to your original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5–10 business days.
- You keep your analysis access while we process. We don’t lock you out the moment you ask.
After 7 days
After day 7, refunds are case-by-case. Email us at billing@clauseline.com with what’s wrong. If we got something materially incorrect about your contract, we’ll refund without argument and update the analyzer so the next physician doesn’t hit the same gap.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us $15 and takes 60+ days to resolve. We’d rather just refund you in 24 hours.
Bundles
The same 7-day window applies to the Complete Bundle ($197) and the Resident Bundle ($167). All ClauseLine purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
