DATA · LEVERAGE · FAIR PAY

Know exactly what your contract is worth.

70% of physicians who negotiate get a better offer. The data to close that gap exists. Your employer has it. Now you do too.

Resident purchases are often reimbursable through your program’s CME stipend or educational allowance.

How it works

Direct, data-driven, no fluff.

01

Upload or paste your contract

Add your contract as a file or paste the text, and choose your specialty so the analysis is calibrated to your field.

02

Measured against your specialty's benchmarks

Your contract is compared to specialty-specific compensation data and read clause by clause for the vague or aggressive language that can hide real risk.

03

You receive a detailed analysis

A clear report with your ranked negotiation priorities, benchmark comparisons, and the specific language to use — and you can ask follow-up questions any time.

04

Come back whenever your contract changes

Sign in to analyze a new offer, re-check a renegotiated draft, or ask more questions about a contract you have already reviewed.

Unlimited Q&A

Your analysis doesn't end at the PDF. After you read the report, ask follow-up questions about any clause — negotiation language, benchmark context, what to push back on first. Yours forever — ask now or come back any time.

Example Q&A session
My non-compete is 15 miles for 2 years. Is that enforceable in Texas?
For agreements signed on or after September 1, 2025, Texas caps physician non-competes at 5 miles and 12 months, with a mandatory buyout capped at your annual salary. A 15-mile, 2-year restriction is broader than Texas generally allows to stand. Your counter should bring it inside the cap — 5 miles / 12 months — with the buyout spelled out.
What language should I propose?
"The non-competition period shall not exceed twelve (12) months and the geographic scope shall not exceed a five (5) mile radius from Physician's primary practice location."
