Three questions before you sign

A salary is only the headline.

What you earn depends on what counts, what triggers additional pay, and what the employer can change. ClauseLine turns those terms into a decision.

01

What does this offer pay under realistic conditions?

Separate guaranteed pay from modeled pay, then compare conservative, entered, and upside activity scenarios.

02

What workload does that require?

Translate the formula into shifts, hours, encounters, units, studies, or personally performed production.

03

Which terms put that pay at risk?

Find expiring guarantees, change rights, crediting rules, reconciliation language, and repayment triggers.

The pay model changes by specialty. The analysis should too.

ClauseLine does not force every offer through a wRVU template. It evaluates the compensation structures and contract terms that matter in your field.

Your contract stays yours

Use ClauseLine without naming the employer.

We collect only what the analysis requires. Contract text is automatically deleted after 90 days, and contributing de-identified data to benchmarks is optional.

01

No employer name required

Use ClauseLine without identifying the organization.

02

Contract text deleted in 90 days

Automatic deletion; no manual request required.

03

Benchmark contribution is optional

De-identified data points can improve physician benchmarks, but contributing them is optional and does not change your report.

04

Only aggregates are published

Contract text and row-level data are never published. Aggregate benchmarks require at least five qualifying records.

From offer to action

Start with the math. Add the contract when you’re ready.

Offer Lab gives you a private first pass. A paid analysis checks the contract language behind the numbers and turns it into negotiation priorities.

01

Stress-test the offer in Offer Lab

Model the compensation privately, without an upload, and see how workload and assumptions change the result.

02

Add the contract for a full analysis

Upload or paste the agreement and choose your specialty. ClauseLine checks the formula, benchmarks, definitions, and terms behind the offer.

03

See what matters first

Get modeled pay, required workload, ranked findings, source clauses, and practical negotiation priorities in one report.

04

Ask questions as the negotiation changes

Every paid analysis includes unlimited follow-up Q&A. Bundles add full re-analysis of revised drafts during their included window.

Included with every analysis

Keep asking as the negotiation changes.

Every paid analysis includes unlimited follow-up Q&A about that contract. Ask what a clause means, test proposed language, or revisit a finding after the employer responds.

Example follow-up

My non-compete is 15 miles for 2 years. Is that enforceable in Texas?
For agreements signed on or after September 1, 2025, Texas caps physician non-competes at 5 miles and 12 months, with a mandatory buyout capped at your annual salary. A 15-mile, 2-year restriction is broader than Texas generally allows to stand.
What language should I propose?
“The non-competition period shall not exceed twelve (12) months and the geographic scope shall not exceed a five (5) mile radius from Physician's primary practice location.”
